3 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 pieces of cod
Juice from 1 lemon
Black pepper
1/2 c. instant brown rice
1 1/4 c. water
1 head of broccoli

FISH 1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. 2. Put fish in oil. Pour 1/2 the lemon over fish. Pepper to taste. Cook for 4 minutes 3. Flip fish & pour rest of lemon juice over both pieces. Pepper to taste. 4. You can use the sauce that is created over the side.
RICE Put water & rice in a microwave safe container. Put on high for 4 minutes, then on medium for 15 minutes
BROCCOLI Cut head of broccoli. Place in steamer. Steam for 10 minutes.
